In his message to celebrate the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace ‪#‎idsdp2016‬, UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon said that: “To reach the ‪#‎SDGs‬, we must engage all sectors of society, everywhere. This is why the United Nations have an office dedicated to Sport for Development and Peace (UNOSDP) and the reason for the success of its Youth Leadership Programme that helps young people to develop skills to address important social issues in their communities through sport.
